Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $150, delivered anywhere in Australia. Simply use the discount code FREESHIPPING at checkout.

  • For all other orders, we offer a flat rate postage, which will be automatically added to your purchase at checkout. Postage per order in Australia is a $9 flat rate and outside of Australia is a $24 flat rate.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • Orders are sent within 5 business days, and express postage orders will be sent within 2 business days.

Returns

We strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you experience any issues, we accept returns for faulty goods. Please contact us directly if you receive a faulty item, and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

  • We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. For a change of mind, we can only exchange items from our regular line.

  • To return your product, please mail it to Ashculme Textiles, 6 Silverwood Rd, Lake Albert, NSW 2650, Australia.

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
